Worth the long drive After searching online inventories and talking with over dozen Hyundai dealerships, we found the 'rare', color(s) and Tech equipment package we had be After searching online inventories and talking with over dozen Hyundai dealerships, we found the 'rare', color(s) and Tech equipment package we had been seeking. They had just been delivered to Hyundai of St. Augustine. As the dealership is over 300 miles from our home, our salesperson Ava Hamilton, agreed to hold the vehicles for our arrival, so that we could choose color (Java Expresso, or Night Sky Pearl). Ava, was communicative with us during our journey and secured every possible discount on the vehicle. She introduced us to managers, finance persons and service personnel. While the day was a long one, everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful. Ava (on a day off), Andrew DiFeo (out of state at a conference), and Jimmy Feliciano, all followed up with calls the next day, to thank us and see if we had any questions or problems. Given time, other closer dealers could have probably secured the vehicle of choice, but we needed a replacement for our recently totaled Santa Fe. More

IMPRESSED BEYOND BELIEF! Words can not express the gratitude and overall satisfaction my son and I felt upon leaving this AMAZING dealership. First thing that impressed me before even coming were the incredible reviews and to know that they are being taken into consideration with a response! Now that's what I call REVIEW RESPECT! Then to go into the dealership and find out that they are credible to everything that was in their reviews! We had the pleasure of having George Aflleje as our salesperson who is EXTREMELY PHENOMENAL! He showed us the car we desired and he kept my son and I informed of every single solitary detail of the car before, during and after the test drive all the while having us laughing like crazy! I appreciated his sincerity and compassion and being straight forth with us as we we decided. Even though we had to leave to see other cars he was gracious and respectful. I must say I may have sabotaged the visits to the other dealerships because I was rooting for George and besides I was looking for the best dealership overall of where to buy my son a car. hat means from the time we met the salesperson to the end of the visit. I was impressed mostly with George Aflleje candor and I honestly believe he was GOD sent! Also to find out the owner of the dealership answers each review? He is AMAZING and that what makes his company and the people that work for him AMAZING! It trickles down from the top! Lol!!! We love the car! We enjoyed our time there! The car is great!
