I grew up in Crystal, attended Armstrong High School and continued my studies at Saint John’s University where I majored in Studio Art and minored in History, which in turn lead me to the car business. When I’m away from my desk you’ll find that I enjoy recreational athletics, painting, and serving Asian cuisine. Excellent sales consultant and service My overall experience of purchasing a vehicle at Lupient Kia was really good. I do feel like there are things that could be improved during the entire My overall experience of purchasing a vehicle at Lupient Kia was really good. I do feel like there are things that could be improved during the entire experience but they are minor. However, I want to make it clear that our sales consultant, Andrew Bursh was truly exceptional. He was sensitive to our situation and price point, patient with our children and very knowledgeable about your vehicles. We couldn't have been happier or asked for more from a sales consultant. He even made time for us without an appointment. I look forward to working with Andrew again in three years when my lease is up or sooner if my husband finds himself looking for a new vehicle. I was highly satisfied with my experience . Andrew Bursh assisted me in finding the perfect vehilcle to meet all my needs and wants. Perfect! I had auto start put on my new vehicle and couldn't Andrew Bursh assisted me in finding the perfect vehilcle to meet all my needs and wants. Perfect! MY "NEW" BABY! Walking in, late to my appointment, I was still greeted with a smile. I'm sure it's annoying waiting on costumers but I didn't see any annoyance from Walking in, late to my appointment, I was still greeted with a smile. I'm sure it's annoying waiting on costumers but I didn't see any annoyance from Andrew. It may have helped that I brought coffee but who knows for sure! He sat me down and talked with me about what I wanted and, I'm sure, realized pretty quickly that I had no idea what I was doing. This was my first BIG car purchase and I had no clue what would go into it. I had always had help from my parents in the past and I was nervous about doing it on my own. Needless to say, I WAS FREAKING OUT! Once we were outside looking at just about every white Optima, which was the only thing I KNEW I wanted from the beginning, Andrew answered all of my dumb questions and patiently waited as I hemed and hawed over my decision. Making this big of a purchase was making me very nervous but Andrew definitely helped me stay calm. He even drove when I didn't quite feel comfortable yet. I also appreciated not being forced into anything. I am a very simple girl and what is considered "basic" to others is "special" to me. Andrew showed me a car with all the bells and whistles but I didn't feel like I needed any of that in the end. To me, it's more stuff to break and with my luck it would all break on me within the first month. If you don't believe me, I already have a dent in my car and I've had it for 2 weeks. ONLY 2 WEEKS! I'm lucky enough to have Andrew help me with that little problem though too. He's making sure I am happy with my "new" car no matter what! In the end I'm very happy with my Optima and with my experience. I would recommend Andrew and Kia Brooklyn Park to anyone I know. More

New Kia Sorento Lease I recently got my first Kia. I worked with Andrew Bursh over the phone and in person. He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. They didn't I recently got my first Kia. I worked with Andrew Bursh over the phone and in person. He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock but ordered it on a Friday and it was in on Monday. I am loving my new Sorento!! Everyone there was very nice and friendly and made me feel welcome and appreciated. I will for sure return and would recommend anyone to give them a try! More
