Meet Andres Cabezas, Service Advisor at Speck Hyundai. Andres has been in the car business since 2023 and joined the Speck team in November 2025. Having worked his way up from lot attendant to porter and now service advisor, he knows firsthand what goes into taking great care of every vehicle and every customer. Andres is Hyundai Certified and brings expertise in both Hyundai and Subaru vehicles. What he enjoys most about his job is helping customers, resolving issues, and making every service visit smooth and enjoyable. Outside of work, you'll find him playing sports like soccer and basketball. Ask him about his family, his mom, or the places he's traveled on vacation, and he could talk for hours. His favorite thing about the Tri-Cities is how close it is to so much, from Seattle to the mountains. What keeps him motivated every day? His dogs and his family.

Have repeatedly tried to contact Jason. The bot tells me they will address it with the team and get right on it. The fact is, they operate like a dealership. They fixed the recalls that they were required to by law, then tried to get me to buy into an un-necessary brake fluid change (at 17,000 miles) and a wiper blade replacement at more than $100. My charging port has failed, an issue that apparently happens OFTEN with this car. Instead of honoring the warranty they tried to convince me that I should see a body shop instead. There has been NO accident. They know what the fix is, and don't want to honor their warranty. At the very least, the servie manager should have contacted me to explain their position; but they don't have a leg to stand on. More
