Mr. Porter wouldn’t finish my paperwork. He kept pressuring me to get an extended warranty after I repeatedly told him that I didn’t want to purchase one. He kept me in his office and wouldn’t finish until I had been there so long that I finally agreed. I was tired & exhausted, & it was an extremely unpleasant experience. Also, they told me that they had cleaned up the car while I was going through the purchase process. They lied, & I returned the car to ask them to please clean it. I don’t even know if it went through the mechanic shop to be checked before I purchased it. I have nothing showing that it went through any kind of inspection before my purchase. More

They scratched my windshield and damaged the windshield trim when they took it to clean the glass while I was doing the purchase paperwork and did not tell me. I took it home and noticed there were scratch trim when they took it to clean the glass while I was doing the purchase paperwork and did not tell me. I took it home and noticed there were scratches in the windshield. Then I noticed the trim was damaged. The salesman may not have known it happend but who ever did it knew and didn't own up to it. The damage was not there when I looked at it and test drove it. They told me about the damaged tail light and they said they would replace it. I was good with that because they were upfront about it. I love the McSweeney's but not sure I would purchase another vehicle from them. More
