I purchased a used car from this dealership for my teenage daughter. Since 2009, I bought 4 other cars from there before, and had a great experience. I had no hesitation in buying my 5th car. Unfortunately, in one week, the car we had just purchased, and drove about 30 miles total, much to our surprise, and dismay, the check engine light came on. Since it was a Volkswagen, I was referred to Heritage Volkswagen, (their sister company), for the repairs. The sales/service person at Volkswagen, told me that since I bought the car in "as in" condition, I am responsible for all repairs, even though it was only one week. When I talked to Andre, my sales specialist, at Infiniti of South Atlanta, he immediately escalated the issue to his General Manager's attention. Without hesitation, Infiniti of South Atalnta lived up to their superb reputation. The GM, David Watts, apologized and said they would gladly take care of the problem. Thanks to Andre and his GM for turning an unpleasant situation to very satisfying. I would highly recommend dealership, and suggest you ask for Andre. He and Infinit of South Atlanta will take good care of you! More
