When I purchased a 2023 Genesis GV80 a couple months ago I gave this dealership a poor rating because of a couple of issues which took place at the time of purchase. Within days of posting the poor rating, I gave this dealership a poor rating because of a couple of issues which took place at the time of purchase. Within days of posting the poor rating, I received a call from a Sales Manager at Balise Hyundai of Fairfield, who apologized for the issues which occurred, and asked me if there was anything he could do to "make things right". I told him there were a few scratches on the car which I would have liked not to be there. He told me to bring the car in and he would have the scratches removed/painted, and that I would be provided with a loaner car while my car was in the shop. I was amazed that he was doing this favor for me, as I know of few dealerships who would be this generous. Balise had my car for two weeks, but all the while I was driving a brand new 2026 GV70, and enjoying it. When I came to pick up my car, it was sitting on the showroom floor and looked as new as any of the 2026 models that it shared the floor with! Amazing. If you're going to purchase a Hyundai or a Genesis, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. They are knowledgeable, honest and professional, all you could ask for from a car dealership. More
