Access to dealership is convenient off a major highway with a convenient drive in check in area. Facility was clean and comfortable. All the staff at IGBurton BMW are pleasant and helpful. In the 4years of having my car serviced at this dealership, I have never had one issue. The valet service is so great! What a perk. I have had three BMWs and by far Burton BMW is the best for service. From the initial call, to check in, to keeping me informed, to the work, and finally getting the car back - all amazing. I was worried a for service. From the initial call, to check in, to keeping me informed, to the work, and finally getting the car back - all amazing. I was worried about moving to this area and having limited service. No! This dealer’s service department is way better than any in the Northern Virginia-DC metro area. More

After ten years I had my first bad experience with IG Burton. My yearly service took entirely too long. I was originally told it would take 1 hour, then told an hour and a half and it winds up taking 2 1 Burton. My yearly service took entirely too long. I was originally told it would take 1 hour, then told an hour and a half and it winds up taking 2 1/2. Not only that but my appointment was for 1pm and they didn’t even see me until 1:30pm. Then the ultimate insult, 2 days after my service, they send me an email coupon for $50 that they at first didn’t want to honor but eventually applied to my credit card after some convincing. Not a good experience this year! More
