Too many issues with car. Registration was not completed correctly , issue with key to car, rattles thru out car. Audi waited 20 days to send my check to pay off my trade. I should have had Audi pay me since they delayed payment. You would expect a better experience when purchasing a higher end car More

My son's car broke down and wasn't worth the cost of repair. We were looking on the internet at places as far as NY for vehicles. It was a hassle with every dealership. Either they were not upfront with their price or unwilling to negotiate on price. I contacted Audi of Des Moines and had a great experience with the salesperson and finance team. I got a good deal on the price. If every dealership worked like them people wouldn't hate car shopping. More
