When I decided to trade it on a 17 Ram Hal made sure I got the deal I needed to drive away with a smile on my face. NO B.S. straight up buying experience. Exactly what I want when buying a new vehicle More

He really went out of his way to find the exact truck that I needed. The day that I took delivery, Hal took all the time to explain the vehicle. He took me around to meet key service and parts people. Attention like this is hard to find in todays world. His follow-up after the sale is second to none. I have called Hal numerous times with questions and always get the same friendly helpful guy. I have told many friends that if they need a vehicle call Hal. It does not get any better. More

Amy was a tremendous help with my car. I purchased the car used At another dealership and only had it for about 3 weeks before it totally went dead. I was very upset. Amy ordered the tipm module and had the car back to me within a few days. So far it's been fine and I appreciate what Amy and Sands did to get it up and running again. Sands and Amy's service was definitely the best experience I ever had as far as car repair at a dealership. Thank you so much and keep up the great work! More

I met Tony while searching on line for a Town and Country minivan. I told him exactly what I wanted and I was very specific. He found one and called me. He was very professional, respectful and not pushy at all. He was very helpful over the phone so I decided to drive an hour to look at the van. When I got there I found him to be a lovely young man who understood how to be persistent but kind and funny. His good nature continued even though I did not buy the minivan that day. He told me that when I decided to come back if he was not there, he would turn over my information to one of his colleagues. But I wanted to make sure I worked with him, so I did come back the next day to purchase the chrysler. It was a very comfortable experience and having owned and operated several businesses that dealt in sales, I would definitely hire Tony as an employee. More

He was very accommodating, as I was trying to make this purchase surrounding some out of town business and coordinating a two vehicle trade in from 50+ miles away. All in all the buying process was very smooth and I could not find a better deal than the one I received, both in trade in values and in vehicle price. One year and 27,000 miles later I am still happy with Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. I have had a few minor issues with the truck (nothing to attribute to this dealership), and they have been addressed by the service team at Sands. Even with the long drive, I will take my truck here for all of it's service needs. I've dealt mainly with Amy Mansfield, who has gone above and beyond to make sure the repairs needed to my vehicle were made and even coordinated a few loaner vehicles when they were needed, something I am extremely grateful for. Everyone I have dealt with here has been very helpful, and very considerate of the needs of the customer. I highly recommend this dealer. More
