Jim has a vast amount of knowledge about all the cars/SUVs available and the key differences between different models. He helped me weigh the pros and cons between the vehicles I was considering and helped me pick out the perfect, and I mean PERFECT SUV for my 2nd lease with this dealership. The entire sales process was smooth and I felt very confident in my final decision and comfortable with the price. If you want a hassle free experience, ask for Jim! Amos helped walk me through all the financials and explained everything without going too fast or dwelling on every word, not an easy thing to do and it was much appreciated. I was shown a bill of sale stating car have minor issues. once I got the car I took it to my mechanic it had 10 sensor lights on no transmission fluid, no coolant and there was a mound of Other problems. so this is not a good place to buy a car from, they tell you many lies specially if you’re a woman by yourself. They don’t car if u can’t for the cardinal they would try and push you into it so buyer beware of Honda Kenosha. More
