As a first-time car buyer, Ron took care of me like family, going above and beyond to make my purchasing experience a total success. After some research, I became interested in the X2 xDrive28i and Ron was very attentive to the features I requested upon test driving the model. He truly did the impossible—locating a vehicle with my EXACT specifications out-of-state and coordinating a dealer-dealer trade to get it! Ron kept me informed throughout the entire process, and when I went to finalize the purchase, even surprised me with all-weather mats as a warm welcome to the BMW community! I am so happy with my new vehicle; I still cannot believe my dream car became a reality, and I cannot thank Ron enough for his unending service and support!! More

They’ve helped with tags and getting up to speed on how to work the dash (my last car had a cassette tape player so you can imagine the leap!!). They were so kind, patient, professional, and fun. Highly recommend going to BMW Silver Spring!! More

I had the pleasure of working with Ron Askew. He assisted me thru my buying process and it took the weight off my shoulders. This was so refreshing and added value to my experience. Thank you Ron He assisted me thru my buying process and it took the weight off my shoulders. This was so refreshing and added value to my experience. Thank you Ron for helping me to accomplish my dream. If you are looking for a BMW Ron at BMW of Silver Spring is your person. Also, the atmosphere at BMW of Silver Spring is calm and comforting it gave me the chance to decide my options without feeling rushed and flustered. From the receptionist to the moment I meet with Ron to discuss my dream vehicle and even Tolu and I joking about my bow after he place my temp tags on. My buying experience was amazing and I love my X7. Thank you Ron and BMW of Silver Springs. More
