I was listened to. The trade-in deal I was offered was exactly what I believed to be fair. I eventually left with my brand new Impreza. As for the service department, I couldn’t be happier. Wilde Subaru is solid enough, check-in easy, staff are friendly, facilities great and while the service can sometimes be a bit slow, they have made up for it with complimentary oil changes/etc. Having a $ friendly, facilities great and while the service can sometimes be a bit slow, they have made up for it with complimentary oil changes/etc. Having a $1000+ bill and being charged a 2% credit card fee on top of that was definitely not something I was expecting.
