customer service was 5 stars. they come at you via text, email and phone. made appointment online, dropped off after hours, paid online, picked up after hours. never came face they come at you via text, email and phone. made appointment online, dropped off after hours, paid online, picked up after hours. never came face to face with anyone but it worked out great. Amie was my Service advisor and she did a very good job. I appreciated the Value service for new front and rear brakes for my X5. I expected some kind of additional charge at the end, but the cost was as advertised. liked the service video pointing out some items i need to be concerned about in the near future. Good job, you are winning back my trust. More
