I did not feel very accomodated when planning to bring in my car for recall work. They do not want me to wait and they will not give me a loaner car and the shuttle would not take me back and forth to my hom my car for recall work. Also I think it is awful that i am being charged 3.5% extra to use a credit card. Often times you cant plan ahead for charges. I am anxiously awaiting the opening of a different Honda dealer. More

I bought my 2012 Honda from Piazza Honda in 2015 & have always have it serviced there. I am completely pleased with every aspect of the service. The staff is polite & professional. Very busy dealership. I went in for an oil change + tire rotation and waited for over an hour; Fortunately the waiting room had plenty of snacks and drinks for me. I feel the service is very good however I do not like that they charge a fee to pay by credit card. This fee would have added an additional $20 to my bill.
