They had a great selection of inventory. I found exactly what I wanted, which is not a simple task in Northern New England. All members of the team communicated very openly and pleasantly. It was literally one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made. There was a previously undetected mechanical issue that revealed itself within the first day. The service dept. worked closely with me to work it out. Even though I had signed the warranty that indicated I would pick up 50% of the tab Tim’s covered the full cost. That right there showed a high degree of integrity. I would recommend them any day. Top marks! More

Great Service Had a check engine light issue on my 2014 RAM 1500. Amber was very helpful to quickly get the issue diagnosed. Always a good experience. Sales got me the truck I wanted and service has been taking great care of it ever since. Went in on April 11th to get my winter rims and tires swapped over to my summer ones. The wa and service has been taking great care of it ever since.
