This dealership deserves a one star review for the following reasons. This Ralph Schomp lacks professionalism and business ethics among other issues. Mainly in the service department. I was spoken to following reasons. This Ralph Schomp lacks professionalism and business ethics among other issues. Mainly in the service department. I was spoken to and treated with disrespect when bringing up an issue with how my car was treated during service. The lack of professionalism and disrespect I received will ensure I not only take my business elsewhere but also ensure I never recommend a Honda or this dealership to anybody as long as I live. If this dealership had any integrity they would not only fire the gentleman who I spoke with but also consider a complete audit of their current employees to ensure this will never happen again. I’m sure this won’t happen though because only a business that is run with professionalism and integrity would actually do something about these types of issues. So at the very least I will leave this review and warn any potential customers for the futures how bad and shady this dealership is. More
