In and out and exactly what you'd expect I brought my Jeep for a steering wheel button issue and was easily able to make an appointment using the online feature. Paperwork done and was on my way. Came back later that day and same thing: greeted right away and away I went. I couldn't have asked for a more easy day dealing with the issue thanks to the staff there. More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation This time it took a long time for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an 11am appointment, arrived at 10:45 was taken at 11:05 and went in at 12:1 This time it took a long time for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an 11am appointment, arrived at 10:45 was taken at 11:05 and went in at 12:15 to see how much longer. And when I made the appointment I checked the box for the car wash which was not done. More
