I recently purchased a new 2013 Ford Explorer from Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford. It is not ready for service as yet, however, I wanted rain shields put on my windows. I called the service dept. ordered them and had them installed all with in 3 days. Now, how is that for service!! Amanda is great to work with. She was excited to see that I had bought a new vehicle. My husband and I have used her as our service rep for several years. We will continue to use the service dept for both our Ford vehicles. More

I had FOUR awesome reviews from people I know and because it was closest to my house, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! I am the kind of person who is crazy about my car, and I didn't want to hand it over to just anyone, but I had a check engine light and it wouldn't shift, so I knew I couldn't fix it. They had my car fixed and back to me the same day. I was SO glad I chose Mike Castrucci and I would definitely recommend them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More
