On top of it all, they had to deal with me which isn't easy. Rosa dealt solely with me, not bouncing between 2-3 other customers. I had her full attention. After spending nearly a entire Saturday being pushed off, Rosa made it feel like I was walking in her home....with open arms and comfort. The entire crew at Springfield Hyundai are an amazing team. To Lease a Sonata Alyssa Sorensen - A few months ago, I had selected the Hyundai Sonata as a possible choice for my next vehicle. Alyssa contacted me via e-mail several times, just keeping up with me concerning the time-frame of a possible purchase. She contacted me about two weeks ago and asked if I would be willing to come into the dealership and talk with a sales associate - I agreed and we set a date for the appointment. Steve McDermott - During our first session, Steve was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about sales and leasing. He answered all our questions. He informed us the Memorial Day Holiday sale would end on June 1st, and that we should take advantage of the sales prices if possible. Steve gave us a quote on leasing the 2015 Sonata. after that meeting, Steve called several times to follow up with any questions we had. On May 29th, we came back to the dealership to lease a Sonata. We had already decided on the color during our first visit with Steve. The color we selected was available only in the Sonata with the Sport Package. After considering the different options, we leased our vehicle that day. Steve talked us through all the options while we were in the car. He paired our cell phones, demonstrated the rear-view camera, demonstrated Blue Link and the navigation system, talked about the driving modes available, and demonstrated the audio system an it's options. Steve exhibited outstanding sales professionalism, exceptional dedication to customer service, attention to detail above and beyond the norm, and an extremely friendly and patient demeanor. Danielle Bizzari - Danielle helped us through all the paperwork, She explained the additional coverages very well. Danielle was very thorough, and offered us an additional option to the coverage we selected. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and patient, despite the time (around 5 PM). I have been dealing with Springfield Hyundai for about ten years - servicing my 2001 Elantra. AJ Henry has always been an exceptional service representative for me. He is friendly, courteous and dedicated. Overall, I have been take care of well by the entire staff at Springfield Hyundai. I highly recommend this dealership for any service they provide. More
