Very disappointing experience. I came in to sell my c300 and was told there was an engine issue, but when I asked for specifics, the used car specialist had to Google what might be I came in to sell my c300 and was told there was an engine issue, but when I asked for specifics, the used car specialist had to Google what might be wrong. That completely undermined any trust in their inspection process. I previously worked at a Mercedes dealership and have always kept up with maintenance, so hearing this without a clear or knowledgeable explanation was concerning. The whole experience felt unprofessional and not very transparent. I would not recommend. More
