Thanks again guys!!! I’ve never had customer service like this. The owner should be proud to have these guys on staff. Leon went out of his way and Jason stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. The car was posted on the website, but as I sat in the car to take it for a test drive it was not ready for a test drive. It did not have air condition and had way more problems than the dealership could handle and was forced to sell it wholesale after I’ve taken it for a test drive because they could not afford replacing air conditioner. The second car I took for a test drive was a certified used car. A few items were not in working order. I took the vehicle home and found a few more issues. Yes the dealership fixed the problems. But why are they putting out certified used cars with issues? Jason is a great salesman but the company he works for is not a good foundation for him. I will not shop again at Saint Augustine Hyundai again. More
