Upon receiving the car, a gentleman named Paul went over all the functions and operational systems of the vehicle, taking over an hour to explain all the features. Our leases were coming to an end in 2 and 8 months. I am a busy physician so we had to make 2 quick stops at the dealership on different days. My sales rep. Allyson Gutman and the sales mgr. Bill Zimmerman took great pains to make me a good deal price-wise which resulted in the most haggle free car buying experience I have ever had in the last 40 years! Most of the details were then dealt with by telephone and when I had several free hours 2 days later I picked up my new car prepped to perfection. My sales rep. went over the car with me etc. I have to say that the attention to detail demonstrated by the people working at Ray Catena Mercedes is superlative and accounts for the good reputation which they surely deserve. Nothing was left to me to figure out for myself about the car or future service needs at their facility. I do appreciate the sincere attention I received and I believe that this is the usual and customary practice for them based on what I observed while at the facility and on what several other Mercedes owners have said over the years.
