So first i want to start by saying Vince SAVED our entire experience at Ray Catena! To explain : my fiancé and i came in as we were doing some car shopping and wanted to do a test drive to compare to another experience at Ray Catena! We were paired with Allison and she was very off putting for lack of better terms and basically questioned if my fiancé could afford a Mercedes. Anyways back to Vince ( the best employee there ) when we left we called and explained we were interested in making an appointment to come back in but wanted someone else. When we came back we were paired with Vince. From the moment he walked towards us with a smile we felt more comfortable already!! Vince was extremely professional, personable , and knowledgeable on everything we needed. He followed up with us on all our questions and made sure we were 100% comfortable before our purchase. He treated us SO well that we wanted to purchase the car sooner then we planned AND not only did we decide to get one car, we put in an order for a second car as well.
