New car sales superior - used car sales suck I bought a used car from Royal and asked before purchase finalized if I could take it for independent inspection. I was told no. It turned out to be I bought a used car from Royal and asked before purchase finalized if I could take it for independent inspection. I was told no. It turned out to be a piece of crap totally overvalued and 9 months later I got $4000 less than I paid in a trade in to the same dealership. If I had not gotten such exceptional service from my two sales reps on my second new car purchase I would have driven to another city to do business with Volvo. Nobody likes to be taken advantage of and that it exactly what happened. The Royal Automotive that has been such a fine part of our community is not what it used to be. Sad. More
