My husband bought his vehicle from MB of Annapolis and I brought him to pick it up yesterday. I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and overall positive vibe, I returned brought him to pick it up yesterday. I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and overall positive vibe, I returned today to buy out my lease and purchase the MB certification. Julian goes above & beyond and reps MB as one would expect. My car was detailed after the inspection and cleaner today then when I left with it new from my previous dealership. I have been buying and servicing my previous MBs at a different location for the past several years. Despite Annapolis being twice as far, my husband & I agreed that all our future purchases and service will be at Annapolis MB. I can not make enough positive comments about Julian, but to summarize he is AWESOME! Allen made the purchasing portion seamless and a positive, stress free experience. He is also very knowledgable with tremendous experience & friendly. MB reputation proceeds itself, but the dealership and service center are what close the loop. I have already started referring friends! More

Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was a great dealership to do business with! They helped me factory build my C-300, and overall it was a good experience with them. Julian Connor was an excellent salesman and with the help of Dean Cunningham, they were able to get my C-300 safe and sound into my hands! There was a problem with the front license plate, however, they were able to repair it for free and Mr. Beltcher was able to lower my APR percentage by a whole point. I truly would like to thank everyone involved in the process and I am very happy with my purchase as well as going with Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis for my new car. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a new Mercedes hands down. More

Being a business owner myself,I love a welcoming and peaceful business where you feel comfortable spending your hard earned money along with great conversation and professionalism.Nothing like walking into a business and your judge on how you look and dressed something I do purposely to see how a business will treat me but at the dealership it was an extremely extraordinary pleasant experience the entire time. After our purchase she walked us out and spent more time showing my wife how to work her brand new 1st Mercedes Benz.Thank you again I did appreciate the entire experience and I will recommend my customers at my business to come and ask for you.
