Terrible experience Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the new car sales manager “Nick” recently . He was extremely rude, condescending, aggressive and d Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the new car sales manager “Nick” recently . He was extremely rude, condescending, aggressive and dishonest. He got upset and started raising his voice at me because I asked questions regarding my purchase price and the paperwork he presented that appeared altered. When I questioned it he began point and yelling that I was questioning his integrity. I even tried to diffuse the situation when he began reacting this way by asking him why was he upset when I’m simply asking questions about the $20K that I was going to spend there and as a customer I have every right to ask questions. He was so mad that he then decided he couldn’t sell me the car for what the salesperson offered. He then decided to tell me the car is already sold and I could take my business elsewhere. (As of today the car is still currently for sale) I left out of the dealer and he shortly followed behind me standing at the door with two other employees glaring at me and my family. I purchased my first Ford in 2008 from this location and have returned several times over the years for car servicing and always felt they gave great service . That day I left feeling disappointed, disgusted, disrespected, discriminated against and discounted. Way to go Hawk Ford. More

Used Car Buyer. Just brougt a car . Worked with Ramy on behalf of Ali. He was very courteous and helpful. He worked with his manager Ed and helped me get the car my Just brougt a car . Worked with Ramy on behalf of Ali. He was very courteous and helpful. He worked with his manager Ed and helped me get the car my son wanted. It made his first experience easy. They introduced me to Dan who assisted me on the financial side. I found the dealership to be very clean and professional. I had a issue with the battery and was able to bring back the car and Ed was very professional and nice and replaced my battery. Great place More
