Alfonzo was great to work with. Was able to get all the $ work done by phone since I live so far away. He didn’t get my hopes up which was refreshing. My first contact was by phone with Chris. We set a time for me to come to the dealership and finalize the deal. Alfonzo wrote up the sale. He said there were items installed on the car and could not be removed from the contract. Chib did the paperwork signing. It was done electronically. He scrolled through the screens so fast we did not get a chance to read everything. He said I would get them electronically within 3 days. I never even saw the window sticker either!!! SURPRISE!! When I did get the electronic paperwork, without a window sticker, I was shocked to see the extraneous charges. Ceramic coating $399, Towing $399, Traceable Theft $299, Lo-Jack $699 and predelivery $1199.99. Was the predelivery charge in addition to destination and handling $1295??? WHO KNOWS?? I have towing on my insurance and would never have authorized that. Traceable Theft and Lo-Jack were not installed on the car either, both unnecessary. If in fact the ceramic coating was applied at minimum I should been told this before I read it. Carolina Massote, General Manager sent two emails stating I should call or email her if I could not give a 10 rating on the surveys I'd be getting. I called and left a voice message. I would have emailed her, but she failed to provide her email address. Everyone seemed so cordial! "BUYER BEWARE!" I found this whole process very deceiving. Nick Fazio More
