Just another car dealer and probably worse than average. I negotiated a price for anew Tacoma on the internet and agreed to the terms. When I went in to get the vehicle, they tried to change the terms of th I negotiated a price for anew Tacoma on the internet and agreed to the terms. When I went in to get the vehicle, they tried to change the terms of the agreement three different times. I managed to get it straightened out and paid cash. After being there two hours, the first time I laid eyes on the vehicle was when they pulled it around for me to leave in. After waiting for four weeks for my new tag, I find that they only paid for a title transfer. I have never had that happen before on any new vehicle I have bought. They nickle and dimed a customer to point that I will never set foot in the dealership again. I can honestly say that this dealership did NOT WOW me. More

Excellent Service! I recently purchased a brand new 2019 SUV this past February. While the vehicle was nice, I was concerned about how long the vehicle would last after I recently purchased a brand new 2019 SUV this past February. While the vehicle was nice, I was concerned about how long the vehicle would last after paying it off. As such, I decided to purchase a Toyota Highlander. I owned a Toyota prior to my purchase in February and thought that I would try something different. After having concerns for several weeks, I decided to move forward with a trade. I inquired with three different Toyota dealerships and Beaver provided the best trade value, along with the best "out the door" price. The service was excellent. My sales agent, Alexis Maple, was very professional and knowledgeable about the Highlander. Additionally, the sales manager took the time to explain how he arrived at the dollar amount for my trade and the finance manager took time to go over the documents without rushing me through the process. My experience was extremely rewarding and I would recommend Beaver Toyota of Cumming to anyone! More
