I had a great experience leasing my first vehicle with Honda of Lincoln. Alexis reached out to me, after I expressed my interest in leasing over their website, and was very knowledgeable, time efficient, Honda of Lincoln. Working with Honda of Lincoln was a pleasure. My husband and I are from Omaha, so with COVID and the distance, we did all of our contact via text or email. We specifically worked with Alexis, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. One could say he went above and beyond the remote car buying experience. Video tours and video price breakdowns were extremely helpful for this process. We are long time Honda buyers and first time buyers from Honda of Lincoln. They were willing to work within our budget and gave many suggestions to help reach our specific dollar amount without cutting on the “must haves” on my list. We ended up ordering a Hybrid CR-V through Honda of Lincoln. Throughout the process, they would give us frequent updates on the progress of our vehicle. When it came it, I received a video tour of the CR-V. It was an exciting process. When we picked it up. Alexis made sure to go over all the key components and some of his favorites of my new Hybrid CR-V. I know for our next Honda purchase, we will start with Honda of Lincoln. More

I filled out a finance app but asked him to hold off on it. He said ok. I had another quote from a dealership locally and wanted to maybe work out a better deal.I sent him the quote and... I received no response from him. Then I see my credit was run 3 times! I called the dealership and the receptionist said "oh yea he's right here I'll transfer you to his line." I got transferred to his line. I heard him pick up and hang up! I Called back, and got voicemail. The story speaks for itself! What kind of dealership promotes this kind of disrespect to a potential customer? SOOOO WRONG. GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here. I have NEVER been so disrespected by company before. SLIMY AND DISHONEST ! Our problem occurred when we met with Finance Manager, Chad. His demeanor came off rude, he raised his voice at us at one point, and by the end of the conversation seemed like he wanted us out of there as soon as possible. For someone who boasts that they like to treat each customer as if it were himself buying the car, we certainly caught a lot of attitude from him. I will not be recommending Honda of Lincoln to anyone. Go to Grand Island or Omaha instead for a better experience. More
