In Cary auto park Honda dealer ... it was a totally different experience! Craig spent a lot of time to show me all new features and took me to a test drive. He w 2015 Odyssey I was very pleased with the selections of the "middle of the road" EX-L models. We walked in and by luck were pointed to Alexander. He was friendly and helpful. He listened to what we wanted and got us in a test drive we were pleased with. Alexander was very clear with the pricing and walked us through it every step of the way. As usual, the final step was the high pressure meeting with finance. We leased the van and had no desire for Simoniz coating or interior Teflon or tire protection. After the forth decline of those, we finally signed the papers. Biggest complaint of the whole process was the time. We walked in ready to act and had all our ducks in a row and it still took 4.5 hours on a relatively slow day. All in all, I have seen a lot of dealerships and this was one of the better ones. I definitely would ask for Alexander again. More
