Yes it comes down to the incredible people like Kris Hernandez, Alex Tinnirello, James Wells, Jose Rodriguez, and Rob Kiernan, but I also believe that a company with this type of service as part of its DNA, is also a product of a Manager that lives and breathes it everyday. He thoroughly explained the fairly extensive work needed on one of the cars, and offered reasonable and generous discounts. My wife and I both commented to each other that Alex provided one of the best car customer service experiences we've ever had. (Oh, and while I'm at it, Ron was great to work with a few months ago back in June 2015 on our leasing deal--also great customer service!)
