Number 1 I made an appointment more than a week prior to my service date and I was told that day the the service department was taking walk-ins . I waited more than 2 hours for an oil change. I felt those with appointments should be taken first and walk-ins after. Also I had a coupon with 2 different prices. I thought I was paying $29.95 for the oil change but was charged the $44.95 price because I was told I received synthetic oil. I thought this wa a bit misleading. More
