Service department was awful. Had an 11:30 appointment for a NYS inspection and my vehicle was not ready until 2:45. After 2 hours I spoke to my Service Rep to get a time when my vehicle might be ready for a NYS inspection and my vehicle was not ready until 2:45. After 2 hours I spoke to my Service Rep to get a time when my vehicle might be ready and she never came back to me with a response. I had to approach her again. Poorly run department. More
