It was a 45 minute trip to the dealership in heavy traffic and we arrived quite stressed. Everyone in the dealership was very pleasant and accommodating which helped distress us. We were introduced to Alex Tamer, a sales consultant who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru Legacy. After negotiating with the help of Alex and Cristiano we were able to make the deal and must mention, that we believe we are very difficult and knowledgeable shoppers. That is when I quickly realized, that my research still doesn't apply to reality of the car purchase experience. There are definitely a lot more variables to car purchase than "knowing what you want". Alex Tamer provided me with a great help of my first Subaru Outback.
