I am 70 years (young). In my lengthly experience I have always hated to enter a dealership looking for a vehicle. Primarily because you feel like your raw meat ready for picking. I have always had to prepare by psyching myself up beforehand. When my wife and I first entered the showroom we thought they were giving away money or having a party. The place was bustling with activity and everyone seemed to be having a good time. We were pleasantly greeted and felt comfortable right away, sort of like family. The buying experience was 98% smooth and we never felt any pressure to buy. The price we wound up paying was significantly less than what we were quoted at other dealers. We got just the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. We would recommend and will recommend this dealership to any of our family, friends or neighbors. Thank you, Fontana Nissan for a new experience. I only have one regret and that is because of the late hour of day they did not have time to properly clean the exterior paint. More

My fiancee and I went to go check out a new 2011 Rogue at Fontana Nissan and ended up walking away with one heck of a deal. We originally set up an appointment with Alex and came in that same day. Alex greet Fontana Nissan and ended up walking away with one heck of a deal. We originally set up an appointment with Alex and came in that same day. Alex greeted us and passed us onto Bob who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and more importantly, NOT PUSHY. We were able to take our time and decide on the right vehicle and price. Steve in finance threw in quite a few other perks to only add to the overall purchase. Needless to say, we drove away with a 2011 Rogue SL for a great deal and couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend Fontana Nissan to anyone in the market for a new car, SUV or truck. GREAT EXPERIENCE! More

After a high-pressure experience at Metro Nissan, I walked out without a sale. The very next day, I called Fontana Nissan and explained my experience at Metro. Alex was very helpful on the phone an encouraged me to come in, which I did. Marlon helped me with the whole sales experience, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE between how he dealt with us and what we went through the night before at Metro. I wish ALL car salesmen were as down-to-earth and honest as Marlon is. Steve really went to bat getting us the financing we needed. The whole experience was enjoyable (except the price haggling part, but I guess that's just part of it). I would definitely recommend Fontana Nissan to friends and family. Thanks again, Marlon!!! Andrew was very knowledgeable regarding the Nissan cars on his lot. He took us to several models and answered our every question. He was polite, patient, and very willing to make us happy. We looked at one car, took it for a test drive, then another, then went another one. Just a smile, a jog to the office to get the keys, and away we went. Andrew is a wonderful asset to the Nissan Company. Alex was real easy to work with, gave us a great price, worked with us on the trade in and we drove away with a brand new Murano!! I would highly recommend Fontana Nissan, but just to have an excellent experience, ask for Andrew or Alex!! :) More

From the very beginning of the inquiring of a purchase of a car by trading in my older guzzler,victor completely exceeded my expectations. Rick,which I think is the name of the person who made the deal posssible worked hard at listening to my requests on the type of car I wanted to the expected deal payments I asked for. He made it all happen. Alex Ramos was exceptional by calling me a couple of days after to follow up on my purchase satifaction and informed me that I could call him anytime I had any questions whatsoever. More
