The Riverside facilities are ALWAYS spotless from the entrance to the restrooms, waiting area, and the new car showroom. Alex Ramirez is the best- he goes beyond helpfulness and amazing service. The issue is the rest of the staff working behind the counter Alex was not there that day when I went to pick up my car- 30 minutes amazing service. The issue is the rest of the staff working behind the counter Alex was not there that day when I went to pick up my car- 30 minutes later after I paid my car was nowhere to be found. Neither the cashier nor a few posters could find my key. Long story short-waited over 60 minutes to be able to get my car. I keep on getting the service here because of the service I get fromthis one single advisor- Alex, have had cars from Walters Mercedes AND Porsche and I can honestly say, the staff training. service and caring keep on going downhill. Their attitudes are poor, are more concerned about being on social media or just chatting with coworkers, while they see a customer waiting and waiting I would recommend service if the service advisor is Alex and to make sure to call and see if he is there before picking up your car. In the past, I have had no issues BECAUSE after I paid Alex, my car was given to me within 5 minutes. The rest of the staff (not the advisors) are lost and truly don't care . More
