I purchase my MB's in Walter's mercedes Benz of Riverside and at this time I own 4 MB (3 buy 1 lease). Our purchase experience with the lease was not pleasant due to the lack of honesty for part of the sales and at this time I own 4 MB (3 buy 1 lease). Our purchase experience with the lease was not pleasant due to the lack of honesty for part of the salesperson and my family and I decide not to go to Walter's Mercedes Benz of Riverside anymore. "But" I was inform that Mike Sales was back in Walter's MB and we didn't hesitate to go back and give it a shot since we know Mr. Mike Sales from many years and we know he is very professional and has and excellent customer service, I said this because we buy already 7 cars from him in the past. Mr. Mike Sales makes the experience of buying our MB pleasant also he is very clear in detail what is included in the car package like the "microChip" so you can connect your car to Mercedes Me or dial for emergency etc, and about the financial aspects he explained all in detail. About the lease we did few months ago we did the deal with another sales person and was "Wrong" the sales person didn't specify that the car we buy didn't have a microchip and finally this salesperson didn't care about the customer it all his objective was to sale a car no matter what and his excuse was "It is a learning process"! so came to my mine that in my field we call that (mall practice) My experience with the Service and maintenance of my vehicles has been excellent , the customer service has been always outstanding and Alex Ramirez is an example of that. I'm giving 5 stars to the review because I know that there is a good number of dealership staff , like Mike Sales and Alex Ramirez who cares and loves what they do and at the end this is a business and there's always room for improvement. Walter's Mercedes Benz of Riverside my experience of purchasing my recent MB has been fantastic. I'll recommend this dealer to my colleagues. More
