I want to thank Alex Montes for his handling of my recent 4Runner TRD. Alex did a great job of staying in touch, handling the paperwork and directing me to the appropriate staff when needed. I had origina 4Runner TRD. Alex did a great job of staying in touch, handling the paperwork and directing me to the appropriate staff when needed. I had originally stopped in to see a 4Runner that I thought was in stock and when it wasn't, the dealership went out of its way to accommodate me. I was not happy with a small issue and Dan Bortolussi, the Executive General Manager got involved. He personally came by Alex's desk to introduce himself. Mr. Bortolussi explained the issue to me and saw to it that I was satisfied with Herb Chambers. Alex helped me in every way possible. I thank Herb Chambers for being treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. More
