I called Fox Valley and spoke with Mike Hampel on a late Saturday morning. Said I would be there in a little over an hour and told him the 2015 Lexus 350 I was interested in. I arrived and Mike had the vehi Saturday morning. Said I would be there in a little over an hour and told him the 2015 Lexus 350 I was interested in. I arrived and Mike had the vehicle ready at the front door and took it for a test drive around the area. I checked out the rest of the car, was pleased with the vehicle. Between Mike, the manager and I we hashed out the figures back and fourth, reached an agreement and I had purchased the car. Dropped off the signed paperwork (including my wife's signatures, and picked up the car Thursday night. Clean car, excellent running conditional and would totally recommend working with Mike and the rest of the staff. As I write this I feel good about the car I got for the money I spent and dealing with who I dealt with at the dealership made this a very comfortable experience, in purchasing a nice used car from them. 9 1/2 out of 10. (I don't give out 10's ever). More

Bought a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter from them. Mike Hampel was great and came in on his day off to deliver the van. We drove from Michigan and spent 17 hours on the road to pick it up.
