Like buying a car from family I can't imagine a better experience. I just leased my third car from Clinton Honda over a 3-4 year period. No negotiations, no game playing. The staff was laughing with us like a bunch of kids playing on rolling chairs in their home. Best Dealership around! Feliks and Alex are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We negotiated the price over the phone before even arriving at the dealer. After a test drive to ensure the vehicle is what we wanted we completed paperwork while we sat and chatted with the staff. Very low key, very easy. Car buying/leasing doesn't have to be hard and Clinton Honda, Feliks, Alex and the rest of the staff have proven that. More

I went in on Friday, made my decisions on options and drove away with a new CRV in within my budget. Felikss was up front, honest and polite. He did not try to get me to spend more than I knew I could afford and he treated me with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend Clinton Honda. More

Customer Loyalty Doesn't Exist At Clinton Honda! As a 3-time new car buyer at Clinton Honda and a customer who has used their service department for my family's 4 Hondas for over 11 years, you would As a 3-time new car buyer at Clinton Honda and a customer who has used their service department for my family's 4 Hondas for over 11 years, you would think my customer loyalty would pay off when negotiating a deal on my latest new car purchase. However, my loyalty did not help me at all! I was completely disappointed in Clinton Honda for how they handled my new car purchase. I did my research ahead of time on which car I wanted and came to the dealership ready to purchase this car. I had pricing from their competitors (some of which are closer to my home), so I knew what was a fair price for the car. My salesperson, Charlie Bippart, was great and he was very knowledgeable. It was the management that disappointed me. They told me the prices I received from the other dealers were not legitimate and that they could not match these prices. They convinced me that the prices I was given from the other dealers included a military discount or a recent graduate discount and that if I went to these dealers to buy the car, the prices they gave me would increase since I did not qualify for either of these discounts. I trusted Clinton Honda so I purchased the car from them that day. The following week I decided to check on the competitor's prices again and these dealers informed me that the prices they quoted me did NOT include a military or graduate discount and that their prices were legitimate! I felt very taken advantage of by Clinton Honda, so I called the General Manager to discuss my recent purchase. He did absolutely nothing to make me a happy and satisfied customer. SHAME ON YOU CLINTON HONDA! Lesson learned - make sure all the car prices you are quoted are clearly documented with everything the price includes and excludes. More
