The up-front transparency, the continuous refusal to charge bogus fees and the knowledgeable professionalism are what makes this dealership what should always be your first - and last - choice! My former spouse lives about 50 or so miles away, and when it was time for her to get her second Honda she refused to go anywhere else, even though there are likely two or three dealerships so much closer! (I had also leased a Civic for my daughter and an Accord for myself, and I live over 100 miles away! My ex, my daughter and I always brought our Hondas to Clinton Honda for service, as we didn't trust anywhere else to treat us as well, and to perform the service required in a timely and professional manner!) Gil Yanishevsky was terrific, taking her through the lease end documents, the initial paperwork, the manuals and the amazing new features that are standard in a 2019 Honda Civic EX, moving from step-to-step like an enthusiastic 20 year old. When we left, she was extremely comfortable with her new Civic! Tom Winnicky as Sales Manager worked tirelessly, working out various scenarios for her to choose from, and ultimately helped her get the car she truly wanted in the color she wanted at a most incredible deal. Ajay Sharma, always the consummate finance office professional, made a few well thought-out recommendations for vehicle protection, never pushed or tried to force anything on her and moved her through the paperwork in record time! Honorary mention goes to Mike Racano, the General Sales Manager, and Alex Gelfand, Sales Manager, and Judy Meier for their additional assistance, as well as the entire staff who always are available to help and answer questions. As a new father of twin girls, my wife and I really needed a car that had good cabin space, AWD, and other safety features. They got me a great rate and I would highly recommend them to anyone! More

Charlie’s detailed knowledge of and obviously extensive experience with auto retail (particularly Honda) facilitated each step of my customer-dealership relationship. Both Charlie and Alex engaged themselves as work-place peers; and, cordially as well as professionally treated me with the same reassuring respect the two of them displayed in their own interactions. i.e. “I was a Player.” Both of these pro’s would be genuine assets to anyone’s new car search. Worked Late to finish deal for two cars Budd Metz and the John Butto from the business team worked with me very late on a Saturday until 7:30 to finish deals on two cars. One was a complicated (to me) lease and the other was purchase. Bud and John were patient and detailed to make sure everything was done as best as possible. When insurance companies were closed for the day, they arranged temporary insurance so we could finish the deal. The people who detailed the cars did a good job on special requests we made. Everyone really found ways to be flexible to make sure we could successfully finish even at that late hour. More

My very first civic back in high school and yesterday just turned in a 2015 CRV lease for a new 2018 CRV lease. Everyone at this dealership is so helpful and makes the experience completely pleasant and lovely. Chris stanzione in sales made a typically dull experience more than entertaining. He helped us get things done quickly but without any come-ons or games — and he kept us laughing the whole time . Alex was always kind and welcoming and helped us finalize a great deal for the lease. And when it came time for the paperwork end of things Ajay was completely professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I live in Westfield - just a few minutes away from two other Honda dealerships - but drive the 45 minutes to Clinton Honda every time I need anything due to the stellar level of service here. Honda has such a great lineup of models right now deciding what car choose was both exciting and challenging. Honda's choice of hybrids are very attractive looking and great performance. The dealership was great in working with me to go through the different options for both gas and Hybrid so I could see the pros on each choice and make the best decision for me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I look forward to driving this car and working with Clinton Honda in the future. More
