Reached out via the internet, I was promptly contacted and given a good competitive quote over the phone without hassle. I received better quotes elsewhere but the courteous service, promptness and respect for my time more than made up for the small difference in price. The good experience continued at the dealership. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was quickly and kindly greeted by Eyal Eitan who then was responsible to complete the process. Eyal patiently but quickly explained and went over the paperwork, took care of my trade-in, answered questions and didn't try to hassle me with extra fees. The quote I agreed to is the price I paid. Eyal and the team were able to get me out of there with my new RAV4 in a very reasonable amount of time.
