I brought in my GL450 for some issues and one of the technicians ,Keith, went for a ride along just to make sure everything was captured. The dedication to excellence and professionalism display by my service advisor Alex is always second to none. Alex really cares about more than just servicing my vehicle as demonstrated by him asking about my kids (remembering their names, by the way) each time I come in for scheduled service or with a new problem. Great job, Alex and Keith! More
