Attentive and Takes my Issues Seriously I called Alex because I was hearing a sound from the wheel area of my vehicle when I turned. During the road test, he heard the noise and offered to have a technician look into the sound, while providing me a courtesy vehicle. The next day Alex called to inform me my axles were damaged and required replacement. The cost was covered in my warranty, which was a bonus. Alex is always attentive to my needs, and is very responsible and knowledgeable. More

He was patient, pleasant personable ( this is how he has always been since the first time I walked in there ).As always he answered my 101 questions told me everything that I needed done . I had not been into the service center for service in a while so he and I carefully went through the maintenance and prioritize what I could get done that day to reduce the cost to my budget. So thanks Alex, you rock! He got me into a loaner and I was off to the beach with no worries since I knew I was in good hands.
