Two months later I went back and got a CPO 2014 x1 and Alex did a great job from start to finish. Fixed up scratches, replaced two tires with chipped rubber on the sidewalls for the CPO x1 before I picked it up and fixed the chipped rim with a written iou after I picked it up. This is not the old Hassel bmw. He even called me to come in for an airbag recall I had no idea about. He went beyond what a sales rep does. Best way to have returning customers is to keep them alive right? I would not hesitate to buy from Freeport bmw. Thank you Matt and Alex. The Service Department I'll write a separate review. But sales was no hassle and down right easy and stress free. Professionalism and respect you expect from the BMW dealer. We all know we paid dearly for. Cha ching. More
