1st Time Buyer I took my 24 year old son to Tim’s because I knew they had a number of vehicles that would be of interest to him. Monica helped us and she was very fr I took my 24 year old son to Tim’s because I knew they had a number of vehicles that would be of interest to him. Monica helped us and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We drove four vehicles and my son found a vehicle that he loves. The price was very fair and Alex & Monica helped us find a payment plan that worked with my son’s budget. My only criticism is that after declining various service agreements, a manager sat us in his office behind a closed door and aggressively tried to sell us a service agreement that we had already clearly stated we did not want. We reiterated this multiple times with this manager who continued to try to intimidate us into buying gap insurance and a service agreement. After about 15 minutes with this guy, i said again (for at least the fifth time), “we do not want any of these services.” He made us sign a form that we didn’t want these add-ons. Our experience with Monica and Alex was excellent and my son bought a really nice vehicle that he loves. I do think this particular manager needs to reassess his approach. He was aggressive and rude. The days of the hard sell are over...at least they should be. More

Tim's even offers a text option for customer convenience and I had to do that do to work conditions. Speaking with Alex a majority of the time and I have to say that man was down to earth. Humble and a pleasure to work with. Alex responded in a timely manner and explained anything I wasnt getting. After texting back and forth for the entire work day and then some. I met with Alex to check out the rig. (Escalade) from walking into the dealers to going for a test drive was a matter of minutes. They allowed me to go through the truck and even throw a code scanner on it. Trade in process was very simple and easy. Giving me more than I expected. Paperwork was great and they walked me through it. They provided me with a contact to get insurance to get off the lot and made sure I'm all set. Alex was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.
