Alex is THE MAN! I never in a million years thought I would be able to buy a car, let alone a 2017, with my current credit, but Alex, unbeknownst to me, looked deeply into my credit history and saw that would be able to buy a car, let alone a 2017, with my current credit, but Alex, unbeknownst to me, looked deeply into my credit history and saw that before "life" happened I maintained great payment history. Yesterday my husband and I visited Tim's Truck Capital to look at a truck that had just arrived. Alex was our contact. The truck hadn't even made it to the shop yet, but we were super excited about this t look at a truck that had just arrived. Alex was our contact. The truck hadn't even made it to the shop yet, but we were super excited about this truck. It had everything we were looking for so Alex gave us the green light to come see the Truck anyway. We were very pleased with the truck. We decided to make the purchase. Alex had the truck checked over by his tech. Informed us of parts that needed to be replaced. Made the arrangements to have them replaced ASAP. Alex also offered to deliver the truck to us upon completion so we would not have to reschedule time to come back to pick up! Car/truck shopping can be stressful, we certainly appreciate the no pressure pleasant experience Alex provided us. We are on the edge of our seats awaiting the drop off of the beautiful quality Ford F350 pick up truck that we found at Tim's! We plan to be repeat customers! More
