I started here at Tim's Truck Capital as a receptionist back in 2016. I worked my way up and found myself in the parts department and as a Service Advisor. Now I find myself in Sales and securing financing for all our customers. When I am not at work I love spending time with my friends and family watching sports and exploring the North Country and their ATV trails!

If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would. I bought a truck it now ticks and has low oil pressure which their service department claims is normal for vehicles, the 02 sensors went bad and the cats went b truck it now ticks and has low oil pressure which their service department claims is normal for vehicles, the 02 sensors went bad and the cats went bad and I yet to receive any type of payment for my parts after I was told to change them. It’s been multiple months and my truck still isn’t registered I would never buy from them again and I’d never recommend them to anyone worst experience ever. Their service department is rude, their sales department is rude ive been hung up on over and over again. More

Our sales man was nice, however he said he would fix our alignment and the chip in the windshield and then went back on his word because it was sold as is. My wife and I were there and both heard him say th alignment and the chip in the windshield and then went back on his word because it was sold as is. My wife and I were there and both heard him say that it wasn't a problem. I was supposed to get a call to schedule the alignment and never got a call. The gentleman in finance was decent. One would think when theyre selling you a $30,000 truck they would work with you on the little things like an alignment and a small chip in the windshield. More

Little hectic, cars are located on three lots and they were short a couple sales people. Bought a used wholesale so there was not a lot of personal service but we got a great deal.
