I started here at Tim's Truck Capital as a receptionist back in 2016. I worked my way up and found myself in the parts department and as a Service Advisor. Now I find myself in Sales and securing financing for all our customers. When I am not at work I love spending time with my friends and family watching sports and exploring the North Country and their ATV trails!

All I can say is Paul went so far above and beyond to get me into a truck that he deserves salesperson of the century. He and alex worked very hard to get me financed and did. Paul was so concerned about mak me into a truck that he deserves salesperson of the century. He and alex worked very hard to get me financed and did. Paul was so concerned about making sure I was happy that we were still communicating by email even a week after I bought the truck.. I have never had a more attentive , caring , patient and down to earth friendly salesperson and I will go back to he and TTC every time I need a vehicle !!! More

I found that this Dealership put Customer Satisfaction ahead of pricing. The Salesman Jon did not use high pressure sales tactics and told me everything about the 2016 Ford F150 I was thinking of buying a ahead of pricing. The Salesman Jon did not use high pressure sales tactics and told me everything about the 2016 Ford F150 I was thinking of buying and even gave me the Carfax so that I could examine the Service that had been performed on this truck. This made my choice of buying this truck easy for me to make. Alex did the finance stuff and he was GREAT as well. Lisa was also great taking my calls and answering questions I had the sales. I will certainly put them on the top of my list next time I am buying a used vehicle!!! More

Bought car Wednesday evening. Was told it would be ready by Thursday. They had to put in a new battery and fix the brake fluid problem. No call. It’s Friday evening. Very poor communication.
