Alex was very responsive via text every step of the process. The dealership was good though not that responsive after my first test drive with previous associate. The first salesman I met misled me. Fast, efficient no hassle experience I purchased a 2013 328i from Freeport BMW. Alex was my sales advisor. From the moment we arrived I never felt pushed or pressured. I explained whi I purchased a 2013 328i from Freeport BMW. Alex was my sales advisor. From the moment we arrived I never felt pushed or pressured. I explained which car I was interested in and was shown that vehicle. Alex went over all the features during the test drive and never tried to over sell it or upsell to another higher priced vehicle. One we decided to buy the delivery experience was smooth and quick. No pushy upsell to buy accessories or extended warranties. I highly reccomend the dealership and Alex. I will purchase from them again. More
